The Company
Founded in 1988, IHD is certified management consulting firm that has grown continuously in our capability and expertise. As we have grown, our support and service offerings have grown in diversity. A sample of the kinds of assignments include continuous quality improvement, a full range of training and organizational development programming, design and facilitation of strategic planning forums, and customer service and satisfaction surveys. We are graduates of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program and are a certified Minority Business Enterprise, by the Maryland Department of Transportation. The Services (Overview)
IHD provides learning, training and organizational development programs in a number of areas. Our principal performance improvement and consulting focus is in the areas of Customer Loyalty, Leadership, Team Building and Organizational Change. We have gained a reputation for quality training programs, expert program development, design and facilitation and client relationships. Our success has meant that more than 70% of our business comes from word of mouth referrals from our current and previous customers. Style of Working with Clients
Our key objectives at IHD are to provide products and services that are excellent and build first-class working relationships with each customer. We work in partnership with our clients to understand the context of every need, issue or problem and to clarify critical outcomes and desired deliverables. This is initiated at the beginning of our consulting services with an in-depth analysis to determine what our clients needs are beyond the "surface" level. This allows us to determine the most efficient means of project planning and execution. The following principles characterize our style in working with our clients. We:
