The Company

Founded in 1988, IHD is a certified management consulting firm. As we have grown, our support and service offerings have increased in diversity and quality. A sample of assignments includes continuous quality improvement, a full range of training and organizational development programming, design and facilitation of strategic planning forums, and customer service and satisfaction surveys. We are graduates of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program and are a certified Minority Business Enterprise, by the Maryland Department of Transportation. IHD provides learning, training and organizational development programs in a number of areas. We have gained a reputation for quality training programs, expert program development, design and facilitation and client relationships.
