This training program equips each manager with skills & attitudes needed to build employee commitment. Managers are taught concepts, principles and skills that allow them to lead effectively and improve company performance.
Audience: First and Second Level Managers
Length: 16 hours/participant; 4 day facilitator certification available.
Goal: Enable managers to gain a thorough understanding of leadership principles and practices and orchestrate mastery of a proven model for leading others.
Building & Leading A Winning Team
This training program equips team leaders to master the techniques and skills needed to build and lead high performing teams.
Audience: First and Second Level Managers
Length: 16 hours/participant; 4 day facilitator certification available.
Goal: Provide those responsible for leading various types of teams with the critical skills needed to create collaborative actions that work and keep their team sharp and productive.
Customer Service: The Only Thing That Matters
This program equips all employees with the fundamental principles, attitudes and skills required to create highly satisfying customer service experiences with all customers, in or outside of the organization. Provides proven methods for responding to customers.
Audience: All employees, especially those who touch the external customer
Length: 8 hours/participant; 16 hours/participant
Goal: To teach employees the tools, techniques and temperaments that make an exceptional service provider & build strong customer relations.
Managing Conflict Productively
This course introduces participants to the value that conflict can provide, when it is managed productively. Participants are guided in practicing strategies for productive conflict management.
Audience: All employees
Length: 8 hours
Goal: In workplace societies differences of opinion are natural and normal. This program allows participants to manage differences and expand self-awareness and skill in managing conflict.
Navigating the Pathways of Change
This training program engages employees in examining the business context for change and understanding the business drivers for change and mastery of the skills needed to cope with and manage change.
Audience: Participants, at all levels of the organization
Length: 8 hours/participant
Goal: Employees will examine changes in their own organization and use this context to practice strategies that help them master the personal, operational and organizational impacts of change.
Leadership Coaching
Audience: Junior to Senior Executive Level Managers
Length: Normally 3 – 6 months; Some engagements are up to 12 months
Goal: To provide senior managers and leaders with personalized instruction and active learning that allows them to remain effective.
Performance Enhancement Coaching System
The PEC System incorporates the following processes:
