Train the Trainer Course

The T3 option enables our clients to realize cost-savings overtime by creating the capacity for delivery of our program in-house use with your managers. We create a licensing agreement and create a process that enables you take selected internal trainers and equip them to provide an outstanding learning experience for your managers.

In our 4 day, TTT course, your employee trainers will learn how to:

• Build rapport with participants and get the learning development process started.
• Increase learner buy from the beginning.
• Deliver content logically and in an intellectually stimulating fashion.
• Create an optimum learning environment for your training.
• Engage the audience in multi-faceted ways to facilitate learning.
• Effectively facilitate and process group learning activities.
• Orchestrate the transfer of knowledge to enhance workplace application.

Each trainer will:

A) Have several opportunities to deliver mini-presentations and receive valuable and targeted feedback.
B) Receive an interactive workbook, handy reference guides, check lists, and a certification of completion certificate upon successful completion of the T3 session.
