Workshop Design
The Skills of an Effective Leader workshop is not a sit and soak event. It is a learning experience that engages each learner in experiencing the learning personally. It will involve examining and defining ways to apply the skills included in the workshop.
Each participant will be challenged to roll-up their sleeves and participate fully in achieving the workshop objectives and in meeting their personal learning goals. Managers can expect to work in different learning grouping and in the following learning processes during the workshop: Small Group Peer Exchange, Large Group Discussion, Team Focused experiences, Personal Reflection and Journaling, Feedback, Guidance and Instruction from the Facilitator, Multimedia Supplemental Materials, and Modest Out-of-Class Reading.
