Change Management
Some have said that change is the only constant in life. While most of us have heard this statement, or others like it, the fact is change is difficult to accept and even more difficult to manage. This fact is whether it’s a "simplistic change" or a total organization-wide change project, change must be managed skillfully.
The Institute's change management consultations are backed by a thorough understanding of the phases of change and the human and technical strategies that are required to ensure that the change is introduced smartly and that leaders and their companies are equipped to lead and manage both the social (human) and technical aspects of organizational change from entry to closure.
While the basic model for change is illustrated below, the elements identified under each component reflect the arenas of challenge involved in effectively implementing and managing organizational change.

In businesses throughout America and the world, change is a constant. In fact, in the foreseeable future every organization will need to become skilled in managing the Three C’s of organizational life which are accelerated competition, complexity and change. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in helping clients design and manage change, we have assisted and enabled our clients to systematically:
- Prepare for Change (Phase 1)
- Manage Change (Phase 2) and
- Reinforce Change (Phase 3)
We use the ADKAR method to ensure integration is maintained through every aspect of each phase of the change management process. Finally, and most importantly, we seek whenever we can to build our client’s internal capability to move forward with the change management process once we have completed the project.
What we do for our clients.
We help our clients by bringing approaches and processes that they can use to skillfully introduce and implement change initiatives and manage the solution execution process. This expertise includes designing the change management processes and interventions, consulting with the client along the way to make mid-course corrections, leading and/or managing change systems based on different philosophies and practices, such as TQM / CQI, Business Process Reengineering, and other Socio-technical changes systems. In addition, based on the particular organizational and operational contexts of our clients, we create models that are custom designed to meet their particular organization culture, goals and objectives.
What you can expect from us.
- Great listening and conceptual grasp of our clients needs and goals
- Insightful and creative solution proposals based on our understanding of the change required
- Skilled introduction and management of the project in the organization
- Skilled change project collaboration, consultation and closure
- Great staff of professionals in the field of change management
Change is the only door that must be opened from the inside first, and the first hand on the handle, must be that of the leader.
